蕎人庵神戸で十割蕎麦をいただきました
10月31日にテレビで紹介されたシェアキッチン「ヒトトバ」。翌11月1日は「蕎人庵神戸」の日。テレビを見たお客が殺到して駄目だろうと思いながらも、元町に用事があったから伺ってみると、最後の1.5人前が残っていた。ラッキー! 十割蕎麦を岩塩、オリーブオイル、関西風と関東風のつゆでいただく。美味しゅうございました。
